MOA Late Fee Policy

A twenty-five dollar ($25.00) late fee will be charged on the last day of every month that a unit owner owes twenty-five dollars ($25.00) or more of any type of fee including, but not limited to, condominium fees, interest fines and late fees.

Interest at the rate of twelve percent (12%) per annum will be charged on the last day of the month on unpaid condominium fees.
