Association Info
Mattabasset has established associations for each of the three condominium sections – Condo I, II and III – to oversee each individual condominium section / exteriors. An Owners’ Association (MOA) oversees single family homes and all common areas within the community, as well as the community as a whole.
In addition to each association, there are several committees that have been formed to serve in specific capacities on behalf of the Mattabasset Owners’ Association.
Questions or Concerns
Should residents have questions or concerns, they can be submitted in two ways:
- Written communications can be placed in the small brown mailbox directly outside of the Pool Office. Each communication must include your name, unit # and contact information (phone / email) or it will not be addressed by the Board.
- Call the Pool Office phone number at 203-237-6187 and leave a detailed message. Voicemail is checked daily and is forwarded to the proper association within 48 hours. Please include your name, unit # and phone number with best time to reach you in the message.
