Pool & Amenities
Mattabasset includes several community amenities that all residents can enjoy:
Swimming Pool
The community pool is typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day with hours that are set based on lifeguard availability and weather. The 2021 pool season schedule will daily 10:00 am - 8:00 pm with the exception of weekdays when school is in session. On these days, the pool will be open 3:00 - 8:00 pm.
The pool facilities include men’s and women’s showers, changing and restroom facilities. There are also several picnic tables and chaise lounge chairs available for use in the pool area. All residents must show pool pass and sign in upon entering.
Please Note: All amenities are available to residents and guests (accompanied by residents) only. The MOA reserves the right at any time to temporarily revoke a resident’s rights to utilize any of its amenities and/or limit the number of guests allowed.
Park / Picnic Area
The park is located at the entrance of Mattabasset and includes several picnic tables, swings and monkey bars along with a permanent charcoal grill and horseshoe pits.
Residents can submit a request for rental of the park for parties and celebrations after completing a rental form for the MOA.
Basketball Court
Mattabasset has an outdoor basketball court that is available for resident use during daylight hours.
A park bench and additional open green space make up this recreational area.
