Notice is hereby given to all members of MATTABASSET CONDOMINIUM I, INC. (the "Corporation") that, pursuant to the By-Laws of the Corporation, the annual meeting of members will be held on Wednesday, November 14, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at the Pool Office for the following purposes:
- To elect a minimum of five (5) and a maximum of nine (9) Directors of the Corporation; and,
- To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.
VERY IMPORTANT: A majority of all members of the corporation must be present, either in person or by proxy, to allow business to be conducted. Therefore, please either plan to attend the meeting or submit a proxy (download proxy here for your use). Please send or deliver all proxies, on or before November 12, 2018 to:
