MAILBOX SLABS: 4 of the 6 mailbox slabs are damaged. The Condo 1 Board made a decision to replace all 6 slabs for uniformity. Newland Landscaping has been contracted.
SHRUB REMOVAL: Condo 1 Board has noticed 12 shrubs in a dying or dormant stage and has ordered removal of said bushes this year. There will be no replacement this year. LARC has been advised and a decision for plantings will be considered for 2020.
This notice is just to keep you informed. Both projects should begin after the 4th of July with hopes of completion by July 31st.
