Please be advised that all payment vouchers for each association and MOA fees for 2021 will be delivered by US Mail in the coming weeks.
All financial matters for all associations, collection of common fees, mortgage questionnaires, resale packages, etc. should be directed to Quality Realty, LLC by phone 203.949.1904 or email quality@snet.net.
Remember each association must receive its own check. Fees for MOA and the appropriate association CAN NOT be combined. However, the two checks may be submitted in the same envelope addressed to: Mattabasset Owners Association, P.O. Box 1777, Wallingford, CT 06492.
