All Mattabasset Owners Association (MOA) and individual association 2019 payment booklets have been distributed to unit owners. Please review the following instructions for making fee payments:
DO:
- Mail both your Mattabasset Owners Association and individual Condo association (if applicable) payments in the same envelope. Save a stamp.
- Include your unit's address (unit number and street name) as the account number if you use your bank's online bill pay service.
- Call or email Kelly Stevens (860-921-2960 | kastevens65@gmail.com) if you have questions about your account balance or need new payment vouchers.
- Call or email Sharon Farmer (860-675-7566 | sfarmercpa@comcast.net) to order a resale packet.
- Provide your email address with every payment so that you will be notified if your payment is incorrect.
DO NOT:
- Combine your Mattabasset Owners Association and individual condo payment (if applicable) on one check. Each association must receive its own check.
- Staple your check to the payment voucher.
- Call Kelly Stevens and/or Sharon Farmer regarding maintenance issues.
- Make your checks payable to Kelly Stevens or Sharon Farmer.
