The Board of Directors of Mattabasset Owners Association, Inc. herein gives notice of the Annual Meeting of the Members.
Date of Annual Meeting: Saturday, April 10, 2021 (raindate Saturday, April 17, 2021)
Place: Mattabasset Owners Association, Inc.
100 Natchaug Drive, Meriden CT 06450 - Outside, on the lawn by pool office.
Time: 1:00 PM
Owners must abide by CDC and State of Connecticut guidelines and are required to bring a chair, pen, wear a mask and keep 6' distance from other attendees.
Business to be Transacted:
- To elect three (3) Directors to the Board of Directors
- To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.
As of May 16, 2016, twenty percent (20%) of all members of the Corporation must be present, either in person or by proxy, to allow business to be conducted, including election of Directors.
It is very important that you attend the meeting or submit a proxy.

According to the Amendments to the Uniform Common Interest Ownership Act of 2009, undirected proxies must state the name or the holder of the proxy. One person may not cast more than 15% of the total vote by proxy.
