Mattabasset Owners Association Late Fee Policy

A twenty-five dollar late fee ($25.00) will be charged on the last day of every month that a unit owner owes twenty-five dollars ($25.00) or more of any type of fee, including but not limited to, condominium fees, interest, fines and late fees. 

Interest at the rate of twelve percent (12%) per annum will be charged on the last day of the month on unpaid condominium fees.

Mattabasset Condominium I, Inc. Fee Policy

Fee Policy - Condominium fees and special assessment fees are due on the first day of the month and are considered late if payment is not received by the last day of the month.

Late Fee Policy - A twenty-five dollar late fee ($25.00) will be charged on the last day of every month that a unit owner owes twenty-five dollars ($25.00) or more of any type of fee, including but not limited to, condominium fees, special assessment fees, fines, late fees, and legal fees.
