The Mattabasset Owners Association has a snow removal contract with Newland Landscaping. When an accumulating snow fall occurs, road ways will be cleared throughout the snow event.
At the conclusion of the snow event, the contractor will clear parking areas first, followed by driveways and entries in Condo I, Condo II and Condo III.
Owners and renters are responsible to move automobiles from parking areas and driveways in a timely manner during snow removal. Once the contractor clears your parking area, please move vehicles in driveways to that parking area.
Additional charges will apply to Condo 1, 2 & 3 if Newland has to return to plow any designated area again. Additional charge will be passed on to Unit Owner and Renter not in compliance.
Detached Unit Owners/Renters: The snow removal contractor is only responsible for road ways and common area sidewalks. They do not plow detached unit driveways. Vehicles should not be parked on road way during snow events.
