REMINDER to all residents that the Mattabasset Owners Association (MOA) and Condo I have contracted a new accounting / bookkeeping service effective January 1, 2020.
Your payment coupon books for 2020 for monthly fees due to the Mattabasset Owners Association were mailed to all owners on December 14th. Be advised of the mailing address change for payments made to the Mattabasset Owners Association as follows:

Please make necessary changes with your financial institution if you have automatic payments setup. This mailing address should be used for fee payment only and should not be utilized for other matters associated with the MOA.
Condominium I Owners will also be utilizing the above new accounting firm for all Condo I fees. Please consult your Condo I payment coupon booklet for additional information.
