TO ALL MEMBERS OF MATTABASSET CONDOMINIUM I, INC.:
Notice is hereby given to all members of Mattabasset Condominium I, Inc. (the "Corporation") that, pursuant to the By-laws of the Corporation, the annual meeting of members will be held on Wednesday, November 20, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at the Pool Office for the following purposes:
- To elect a minimum of five (5) up to a maximum of nine (9) Directors of the Corporation; and,
- To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.
VERY IMPORTANT: A majority of all members of the Corporation must be present, either in person or by proxy, to allow business to be conducted. Therefore, please either plan to attend the meeting or submit a proxy. A copy of a proxy form is available below.
