A bear sighting occurred in building 3 of Condo I on May 25th. This is a very good reason to remember the following:
- Do NOT put trash containers out on Tuesday night. Trash containers should be put out on Wednesday morning .
- Make sure trash container cover is down / closed.
- There should be NO bird feeders of any kind on decks and backyard areas.
- Keep grill covers down.
- Watch children and pets carefully.
- Be alert while walking.
