2019 Annual Meeting Recap

Mattabasset Condo I Board of Directors held its Annual Meeting on Wednesday, December 20, 2019. The Board of Directors meetings will be held on the third Wednesday of the month at 5:45 p.m. in the pool office. Owners and residents are invited to attend the meetings.

Recap:

  • New Year, New Accountant:  Remember all 2020 condominium fee payments should go to Quality Realty, LLC, P.O. Box 1777, Wallingford, CT 06492
  • Invitation:  There are 9 seats on the Condo I Board. Eight of these seats are filled. However, if you are interested in filling the 9th seat, the Board is interested in hearing from you. You are always welcome to attend a monthly meeting.
  • Welcome: The Board welcomes three new owners to this community. Hope you have already met your neighbors, checked out the landscape and enjoyed a walk around our park-like setting.
  • Project for 2020: Major project for 2020 is roof replacement on three buildings:  Building 1, 4 and 6 with a spring start date.
  • Long Term Projects:  Roof replacement in 2021 for buildings 2, 3 and 5. Building painting projected for 2022-2023.
